Damaged or Defective Product

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs/video of the product and packaging.

After verification, AUROX may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution, subject to product availability and applicable terms.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns/exchanges may not be accepted for products that have been:

• Physically damaged after delivery

• Misused or improperly handled

• Modified or repaired by an unauthorized person

• Returned without original accessories or packaging

• Damaged due to normal wear and tear
